I first got to know Alicia when she started coming to yoga classes at The Hot Yoga Factory. Whether I was teaching her or practicing nearby, it was clear that she was a determined and strong person with a fantastic attitude. She felt the physical and emotional benefits of yoga, but it was when Alicia started attending Hot Pilates classes that her enthusiasm for working hard at the studio really soared. She made it a priority to get to as many classes as possible, and has the muscles and stamina to show for her hard work. If you have a chance to set up near Alicia and introduce yourself, I hope you will. Her positive energy is contagious.
