Our studio policies have been created to ensure transparency and to maintain fair and equitable treatment of all our clients.
To help us better serve you and to aid the class check in process we are requesting that all clients register for their classes in advance. This helps with planning of the class and ensures that you have a spot.
How to create an Account
You will need to create an online account in order to register online. Please note, if you have been to our studio even ONCE then you already have an account! You only need to create a password to login to your existing account. To find your account, use the email address you provided the first time you came to the studio. This prevents you from inadvertently creating a duplicate account. If you have not been to our studio, then you will need to create an account.
This process applies to all three ways of pre-registering for class. Utilizing our app is the most convenient way to pre-register. Plus, it has the added benefit of being able to register, track and redeem your reward points through our Perkville reward program.
Opt-in for Messages
In order to better serve you and provide you with current information, reminders and notifications, we humbly ask you to “opt in” to all reminders and notifications. This will ensure you have all the necessary information needed to manage your account, book your classes, receive purchase receipts and know what is happening at the studio.
To ensure that everyone who pre-registers may count on their spot being available, please take a few moments to review our late cancel and no show policy.
For all classes 2 hour notice is needed to cancel or a no show/late cancel fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Cancellations may be made on the MINDBODY site, THYF app or the MINDBODY App only.
All NO SHOWS (without notification) will be charged a no show fee of $25 fee.
All LATE CANCELS will lose one visit from their pricing option.
Unlimited Memberships will be charged a late cancel fee of $15.
If your late cancel or no show is due to an emergency, illness, work, etc please inform us within 24 hours by email at [email protected] or your card will be charged. Please let us know the reason why you were unable to attend class.
Class Cancellations by THYF
Cancelled classes due to weather or other unforeseen events will show on the schedule page of our website, in THYF app and the MINDBODY App. Clients with reservations will receive notification by email or text. No penalty is incurred for studio cancellations.
Reservations for full classes will not be taken over the phone.
When a class is full, you may add yourself to the wait list. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified via text or email. A few notes concerning the wait list:
- Please confirm your attendance when you receive this notification via the email or text or cancel from the class list if the class does not fit your schedule. Failure to confirm your attendance may result in a late cancel or no show charge (see above).
- By adding yourself to the wait list, you’re agreeing by default to take the class if it becomes available.
- You may cancel or decline the wait list spot up to 2 hours before class without penalty. Cancellations may be made on the MINDBODY site, THYF app or the MINDBODY App only.
- In your profile, be sure you’ve “opted in” for text messaging or email notifications.
- If a spot becomes available less than 2 hours before class, you may receive a call to confirm if you want the spot. No late cancel charges will be incurred if the spot is not accepted.
- If you DID NOT receive an email, text or phone call then a spot is not available.
This Class is Full
During our busy classes, you may arrive to find the “Class is Full” sign on our door. If you have pre-registered for class, don’t despair your spot is waiting for you! Come in, sign in at the front desk and come into class. If, however, you have not pre-registered for class, we are sorry to inform our room capacity has been reached and there are no more spots available for that class. Utilizing our data from past years, we have thoughtfully and analytically determined our class capacity for each of our class types. We kindly ask you to respect this and not try to make your way into class.
Class start times
In order to begin class on time, we ask that you be at the studio, signed in and on your mat at least 5 minutes before class begins. We get it, sometime life gets in the way and you’re running a bit late! All we ask is you do your best!
I understand that I will be notified if my credit card fails to authorize for any reason, and that a $20 late fee will apply if I do not provide a valid credit card (or alternate payment method) within 2 calendar days of the original rejection date.
I understand that my service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 15 calendar days late.
Payment on Account
We allow payments on account for rental mats, towels and beverages. If your account balance becomes negative, we will automatically add $10 to your account using your credit card on file.
There are no extensions, refunds or transfers on ANY class package or membership. Any unused or unworn retail items may be returned within 7 days from date of purchase for account credit or exchange only.
Lost & Found
Any unclaimed items will be donated after 14 days. Please make sure you have all your belongings BEFORE leaving the studio.
