Our Policies!

Our studio policies have been created to ensure transparency and to maintain fair and equitable treatment of all our clients. They also reflect changes made to ensure COVID19 compliance.

All clients MUST pre-register for class. No walk in or drop ins are allowed. Reservation for class may not be made by phone.

We no longer rent mats and towels. All clients must bring their own mat and towel or you may purchase at the studio. You will not be allowed to take class without a mat and towel.

We follow all the laws and guidelines for operating a business during COVID19. Masks are required at all times within the studio. You may take it off once you are on your mat and then put it back on upon leaving the hot room,

How to Register

You may pre-register for class several ways; either through our website scheduler or through our desktop Mindbody site or by downloading our app from your app store.

How to create an Account

You will need to create an online account in order to register online. Please note, if you have been to our studio even ONCE then you already have an account! You only need to create a password to login to your existing account. To find your account, use the email address you provided the first time you came to the studio. This prevents you from inadvertently creating a duplicate account. If you have not been to our studio, then you will need to create an account.

This process applies to all three ways of pre-registering for class. Utilizing our app is the most convenient way to pre-register. Plus, it has the added benefit of being able to register, track and redeem your reward points through our Perkville reward program. You can also use it for checking into class curbside! 

Opt-in for Messages

In order to better serve you and provide you with current information, reminders and notifications, we humbly ask you to “opt in” to all reminders and notifications. This will ensure you have all the necessary information needed to manage your account, book your classes, receive purchase receipts and know what is happening at the studio. This is critical to knowing if you’ve been added from a waiting list to class. See below for more details on the waiting list.

Classes

The following policies are for our in studio classes only. There is no late cancel or no show fee for our virtual class. We still kindly ask you to cancel your reservation for a virtual class if you know you’re unable to attend. Thank you.

A 24 hour notice is needed to cancel class or a late cancel fee of $25 will be charged to the credit card on file. Cancellations may be made on the MINDBODY site, THYF app or the MINDBODY App only.

All NO SHOWS & LATE CANCELS will be charged a fee of $25. This applies to all memberships and class packs.

The only excused absence is for illness. If you have to late cancel a class due to illness, please email us ASAP at [email protected] or your card will be charged.

Class Cancellations by THYF

Cancelled classes due to weather or other unforeseen events will show on the schedule page of our website, in THYF app and the MINDBODY App. Clients with reservations will receive notification by email or text. No penalty is incurred for studio cancellations.

Waiting List

When a class is full, you may add yourself to the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified via text.  If you’re not already receiving text messages from us, text “SUBSCRIBE” to 978-925-3070.  A few notes concerning the waiting list:

  • By adding yourself to the waiting list, you’re agreeing by default to take the class if it becomes available.
  • When added to class, please confirm by responding “Y” or “N” to the text message.  If you fail fail to confirm and do not make it to class, a no show fee of $25 will be charged.
  • You may decline the wait list spot up to 4 hours before class without penalty.
  • In your profile, be sure you’ve “opted in” for text messaging or text “SUBSCRIBE” to 978-925-3070.
  • If a spot becomes available less than 2 hours before class, you may receive a call to confirm if you want the spot. No late cancel charges will be incurred if the spot is not accepted. We do not leave voice messages about available spots.

Checking into class

Curbside check in is available right from our app! Click here for more details. If you do not have a smart phone, voice check in at the front desk.

Class Start Times

There is no late admittance to class! You must be on your mat before class begins or you will not be admitted to class. Late comers will be charged a $25 no show fee. 

Declined Payments

I understand that I will be notified if my credit card fails to authorize for any reason, and that a $20 late fee will apply if I do not provide a valid credit card (or alternate payment method) within 2 calendar days of the original rejection date.

I understand that my service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 15 calendar days late.

Payment on Account

We allow payments on account for miscellaneous purchases. If your account balance becomes negative, we will automatically add $10 to your account using your credit card on file.

Returns

There are no extensions, refunds or transfers on ANY class package or memberships. There are no refunds or exchanges on retail merchandise.

Lost & Found

We no longer offer lost & found. Any unclaimed items will be disposed of daily! Please make sure you have all your belongings BEFORE leaving the studio.
